Step-by-Step morning worship

Step 1 — Pureness

  • Wash the hands and feet when you get up, clean the teeth
  • Bathing (not conviction, washing your mouth-handed leg)
  • Wear clean clothes
  • Place of Worship

Step 2 — Posture and Direction

  • East or North Face Sitting
  • Wool/cotton/cotton seat elevated

Step 3 — Deep Ignition

  • Ghee or Oil Burn Deep
  • Ask: "Om Deepajyoti: Param Brahm..." (or prayer in mind)
