REFUND POLICY — Sanatana Bihar (Operated by MandirConnect Pvt. Ltd.)

Sanatana Bihar, operated by MandirConnect Pvt. Ltd., is a digital platform for puja and offerings, committed to providing devotees with transparent and reliable services. This Refund Policy clarifies the circumstances under which a refund may be applicable.

General Policy

All services are prepaid and subject to temple/priest availability. Refunds will not be provided once the service has commenced.

Refund Eligible Cases
✔ 2.1 Service Unavailable

If your puja/offering cannot be completed due to technical or temple-related reasons, or the promised video/photo is not delivered — a full refund will be provided.

✔ 2.2 Payment Deducted but Booking Not Confirmed

If payment is deducted due to a gateway/UPI error but booking is not confirmed — full refund will be issued.

✔ 2.3 Duplicate/Wrong Payment

If a payment is made twice, a duplicate payment refund will be processed.

Refund Not applicable

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

❌ After completion of the puja/tradition
❌ Causes of giving false details by the devotee
❌ After service starts by the devotee on cancellation
❌ On change of date by temple/pujari (alternate date will be given)

Cancellation Window

Within 1 hour of Booking, cancellation is possible if the service has not started.

After that no-cancellation/no-refund.

Refund Process

Devotees support@sanatanabihar.com You can request by sending the Booking ID on.

After Verification the refund will be processed in 7-10 working days.

Gateway charges may be deducted.

Dispute Resolution

Decisions made by MandirConnect Pvt. Ltd. will be final. Any disputes will be resolved through peaceful discussion and documentation.
